There are two groups organized for getting your help to save our Parks. The first group for the Benicia State Capitol consists of the Benicia Historical Society: go to this website: http://www.beniciahistoricalsociety.org/ and click on "contact"; and the Benicia Historical Museum can be contacted at tel. (707) 745-5435. Their website is http://www.beniciahistoricalmuseum.org/
The other group is Save Benicia Recreation Area State Park at http://www.savebeniciasra.org/. or email Gene Doherty at gene_doherty@arrowpoint.net.
I will be working with these groups to ensure the City can support their efforts to the greatest extent possible within our means. |
