The Benicia High School Students for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship Team will be hosting a Design Workshop for the Benicia High School Traffic Signal and Entrance Circulation Improvement Project on Tuesday, February 26. The meeting will be held from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm in the Performing Arts Building at Benicia High, located on Military West.
The purpose of this meeting is to for students, teachers, and community members to share ideas, comments, and suggestions to:
- improve traffic safety into and out of BHS
- reduce vehicle and pedestrian conflicts
- manage congestion during the morning drop-off, lunchtime and afternoon student pick-up
- identify ways to calm traffic and create a landscaped, campus oriented gateway to BHS
